Celebrating Emerging Farmers at the Kagiso Trust Spar Agri Awards

The Kagiso Trust and Spar Agri Awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of emerging black crop farmers in Tzaneen. This initiative, part of a five-year Joint Cooperation Agreement between Kagiso Trust and Spar, highlights the success of these farmers who, through technical support and integration into the Spar supply chain, have collectively earned R8.6 million in the 2023/24 season. The awards ceremony aims to honour their resilience and share the innovative farmer aggregator model with the broader agricultural development community.
