Dr. Mankodi Moitse joined Kagiso Trust as Chief Executive Officer in November 2015. She also serves as co-Chair at Kagiso Shanduka Trust (KST). An experienced Group CFO, Dr. Moitse has more than 20 years’ experience with listed and private blue-chip companies as well as public entities

Dr. Moitse has seen numerous achievements in her career over the years, including three clean audits in succession for the City of Joburg (CoJ), successfully meeting all FIFA requirements pertaining to structures for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, providing the first municipal ECA funding for buses for BRT; and establishing two DMTN to finance a R13 billion Capex.

Notably, Dr. Moitse has held executive positions at Standard Bank and the City of Joburg.

Themba Mola is the Chief Operations Officer of Kagiso Trust. He previously headed the Kagiso Trust Consultancy as Executive Director.

He served as the Team Leader for the local economic cluster for the Alexandra Renewal Project, and a Project Leader for the Evaluation of the Poverty Eradication Programme for the Department of Social Development in Gauteng. He was involved in the drafting of the Tshwane Metro Organisation and Support for Micro Businesses research project. He developed a programme for the Umsobomvu Youth Fund on how young people can participate in local economic development projects. He has also served as an advisor for the Department of Social Development in the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) for the social cluster.

Themba Mola serves on numerous boards including Kagiso Shanduka Trust, and previously served on the Boards of the Johannesburg Housing Company and Makhulong A Matala Community Development Services NPC.

Mr. Mzomhle Nyenjana is the Chief Financial Officer at Kagiso Trust.

Mr. Nyenjana is a qualified Chartered Accountant and completed his articles at PriceWaterHouseCoopers.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Johannesburg Housing Company (JHC) and the Brickfields Housing Company.

Dr Ziyanda Mzamo is an experienced delivery and project management executive, having accumulated over two decades of experience across various industries including Telecommunications, IT Consulting, Manufacturing, and Banking (both Central and Commercial). She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Women in ICT (AwICT). She is the founder of a small consulting agency, BlaQRose Consulting, which specialises in project management consulting. Additionally, she runs the BlaQRose Foundation, which aims to improve the educational landscape in the villages of the Eastern Cape. Her NGO facilitates university acceptances and secures financial aid for needy student from the Eastern Cape.
