EXECUTIVE OFFICE INTERN EXECUTIVE OFFICE DEPARTMENT ADVERT REFERENCE NO: EO2025JHB

Purpose of the Job: The Trust is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Unemployed graduates are invited to apply for the Legal Internship, and graduates should be between the age of 18 and 35. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.

 Key Performance Areas:

Work based exposure may include the following:

  • Assist in providing administrative and coordination support to the Executive Office.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing diaries, meetings, and travel logistics for 4 Executives.
  • Support in the coordination of internal and external stakeholder engagements.
  • Assist in minutes taking and records management.
  • Conduct basic research and compile briefing documents.
  • Assist in managing travel and also booking travel for the Executive Office as well as Trustees (when required)

Qualifications and Experience.

  • Certified Grade 12/NQF 4 level certificates.
  • Certified Copy of a National Diploma
  • Certified copy of your ID.
  • Certified copy of Academic Transcript.
  • Your CV and motivational letter.

Technical and behavioural competencies required

The successful candidate will be required to display the following competencies in this role:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Be willing to travel at short notice
  • Extremely High confidentiality & tact

Remuneration

The Interns will be awarded a monthly stipend
