CADE (Centre for the Advancement of Dynamic Enterprises) is an integrated platform for overcoming systemic fragmentation and positioning dynamic enterprises as a cornerstone of inclusive, regenerative economic systems. Building on the momentum of the 2025 International Year of the Cooperative (United Nations), the CADE 2026 Inaugural Summit repositioned cooperatives and dynamic enterprises as scalable, investable and competitive vehicles for solving profitable problems aligned with 21st-century realities.
The Summit held at the CSIR ICC in Pretoria on the 4-5 May 2026 under the theme: “Reimagining and Repositioning Dynamic Enterprises as Engines of Inclusive Growth and Dignified Employment,” the two-day Summit aimed to unlock dormant assets, revive declining but viable enterprises, connect fragmented actors into functioning value chains and develop innovative financial, governance and growth models generating fresh insights and partnerships for entrepreneurs, Local Economic Development leaders corporates, investors, practitioners, academics, policymakers and ecosystem builders.
