Rev. Zwoitwaho Calvin Nevhutalu is an ordained pastor and seasoned leader with extensive experience in governance, public service, and development. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law and Management, alongside advanced qualifications in theology, and a Certificate in Effective Directorship.
He currently serves as the National Coordinator and Advisor of the largest HIV Counselling and Testing campaign in South Africa and globally. Previously, he was Executive Manager at the South African National AIDS Council, responsible for intergovernmental and sector support.
Rev. Nevhutalu has held senior leadership roles including Superintendent-General and Accounting Officer of the Limpopo Department of Education, and Provincial Electoral Officer at the Independent Electoral Commission, where he also coordinated South Africa’s electoral assistance mission to the first democratic elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
He serves on several boards, including Kagiso Trust, Kagiso Tiso Holdings, Mafhungo Investments and Dzembe Investments, bringing deep expertise in governance, leadership, and social development.
