Empowering South Africa’s Youth with Vocational Skills for Economic Growth
We are proud to announce the winners of the 2024 National Schools Skills Competition, held from 26-27 September at the Advanced Training Institute (ATI). This inspiring event, hosted in partnership with Sasol, Modena, ATI, and ADI, brought together young learners from across the country to showcase their talents in vocational trades such as welding, electrical work, automotive services, and construction.
As South Africa faces a critical need for skilled artisans to drive economic growth, these learners have demonstrated exceptional ability and passion, marking them as future leaders in the workforce. At the awards ceremony held on 27 September at Focus Rooms, we celebrated not only the winners but all participants who have taken a significant step toward contributing to our nation’s economic development.
Congratulations to the outstanding winners and their educators, who have worked tirelessly to develop the skills that will shape South Africa’s future! Through initiatives like this, we continue to empower the next generation with the tools they need to succeed in today’s job market and beyond.
