Ms Mankone Ntsaba has served on the Board of Kagiso Trust since 2009 and previously held the positions of Deputy Chairperson of the Board, Chairperson of the Programmes Committee and Chairperson of Kagiso Trust for the past six years. She has also served as a member of the boards of Kagiso Tiso Holdings (KTH), Kagiso Africa Investments (KAI), and the Advisory Board of the Kagiso Shanduka Trust (KST).

With an extensive background in research, consulting, and academia, Ms Ntsaba previously worked at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and lectured at both the University of Zululand and the University of Transkei. She currently runs her own management consulting company within the water and sanitation sector and has previously served on the boards of Rand Water, Lepelle Northern Water, and the Risima Housing Finance Corporation in Limpopo. She also served on the Ministerial Advisory Council of the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry.

Passionate about poverty eradication and rural development, Ms Ntsaba has contributed to a wide range of development programmes across South Africa with a recently being appointed on the Board of the newly established South African Water Resources Infrastructure Agency.
